1.3. Using the website constitutes full agreement by the user to the terms set forth in these Terms & Conditions.

2.2. Providing such information constitutes explicit consent for the Company to use the details for the following purposes:

2.3. You may request removal from the mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting the Company directly.

3. Product Purchases on the Website

3.1. Purchases on the website are made by credit card and/or other payment methods offered on the website.
3.2. An order will be confirmed only after receiving approval from the credit card company and/or the payment service provider.

4. Product Delivery Policy

4.1. Product delivery will be carried out on business days only (Sunday–Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays).
4.2. Shipping options:

• Registered Mail – up to 21 business days

• Courier Delivery – up to 14 business days

• Self Pickup – by prior arrangement, Sunday–Thursday between 08:30–13:30
4.3. Shipping fees will be calculated according to the delivery area and shipping method.
4.4. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Delays by third parties (courier and postal services)

• Force majeure (wars, extreme weather, natural disasters)

• Strikes or shutdowns

• Lack of customer response to coordinate delivery
4.5. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier service, full responsibility lies with the courier service only.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Company makes every effort to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date; however, unintentional errors may occur, and the Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of such information.
5.2. The images on the website are for illustration purposes only, and there may be differences between the images and the actual product.
